Liverrrpoool!

It's probably slightly appalling that in the twenty-one years I've been alive and living in England, I'd never visited Liverpool before last weekend... I know, I'm so rubbish... But I'd been meaning to visit my best friend for so long (she's currently living there and studying English), so deciding to undertake the train journey up there was well worth it!
Seeing as we hadn't seen each other for so long we just decided to have a relaxing couple of days without Uni work, spending time doing typical Hannah-Beth things- so basically drinking tea, eating undercooking brownie mix, taking ugly photos and moaning about our annoying boyfriends (who we obviously love really...)
We did manage to take 5 minutes out of our general spazzing about however to attempt to be cultural, so we visited the Tate, wondered around the docks, ate Pah Thai and watched everyone's failed attempts at ice skating..

I have to say though after coming back I'm really trying to fight off this christmas spirit that's crept up on me! Everything's feeling so festive and lovely I just want to snuggle up in my duvet, watch elf and eat everything in sight.. and it doesn't help that my housemates and I have already picked our secret santa names... asdfghjkl! I'm so excited!
