I’m Hannah, a twenty-something fashion design graduate from the UK.

Matcha isn’t my real name- I can’t remember why I started using it. Matcha means green tea in Japanese and sounded nice, and so it’s stuck. *Plus I’m a firm believer in the power of green tea so it’s probably quite fitting*

Birthday: January 18th

Place: I live in a little town north of London. It’s not a particularly exciting place to live, and the locals look at me like I’m a freak, but it could be a lot worse.

Interests: My whole world revolves around the world of fashion. My hobbies, studies and my job are all fashion related, but on the off chance I’m not crying over beautiful clothes you might find me drawing, knitting or creating. Reading, running, cats and kpop also take up a lot of my time…

I started this blog some years ago as a way of sharing my creativity and life with the rest of the world, and has evolved into somewhere I can fangirl over minimal fashion, Scandinavian design, Japanese architecture and aesthetically pleasing arrangements.

I graduated from university about 8 months ago, and have been working as an online fashion writer for Harvey Nichols ever since- and I'm loving every second of it! 
I have a strong eye for detail and simplicity, so I combine my love of fashion, perfection and making things look incredible...

In the future I'll be working as a creative/art director of a fashion magazine, but until that day you'll find me here, sharing little snippets of my life :)
